A solid footing for systems and growth.
CosmicGen’s technical environment had evolved rapidly, but without a clear hosting and connectivity plan. They needed reliable colocation services and an architecture framework to reduce uncertainty and support future growth. I partnered with their leadership to deliver:
- Current-state infrastructure assessment and gap analysis
- Procurement and build‑out of a colocation environment for core workloads
- Architecture blueprint outlining network topology, segmentation, and redundancy design
- High‑level framework for hosting decisions and connectivity patterns
- Operations and continuity runbook to guide ongoing maintenance and growth
Outcome
CosmicGen gained a more stable infrastructure foundation and a clearer model for where and how new systems should be deployed. The colocation environment reduced reliance on aging on‑prem hardware, while the architecture framework provided a shared reference for future decisions. Their technical team now operates with a runbook and diagrams that make planning, troubleshooting, and scaling more disciplined.
Many of the infrastructure diagrams and patterns referenced in this engagement are highlighted on the Infrastructure project page. They serve as the foundation for the architecture framework delivered to CosmicGen.
