Independent work, built in production.
An in-development product, a redacted client portfolio, and the infrastructure work that keeps both lanes of the practice grounded in real environments. The lab is where ideas earn their place by shipping.
Conflict Collection & Neutral Analysis Platform.
Ingest text threads, emails, screenshots, and notes. Normalize into conflict events. Run each event through multiple AI models and surface the consensus. Build court-ready exhibits with a documented provenance chain. Targeted at co-parents, family-law attorneys, and mediators.
- Multi-model neutral analysis — consensus is structural, not asserted
- Six-stage workflow from ingest to exhibit packet
- Pilot conversations open with Central Texas family-law attorneys
Client work.
Four redacted engagements covering the spectrum the practice serves: title-company wire-fraud hardening, brand-domain authentication, realty data tooling, and a scoping case in flight.
- TeleoTitle — flagship Next-Gen-Security case
- Abode Labs — DNS & email authentication
- Starsky Owen Realty — transaction tracker dashboard
- CosmicGen — engagement in scoping
Infrastructure work.
Diagrams, topology views, audit outputs, and migration artifacts from real production environments. Some are client deliverables, redacted. Some became reusable templates for the consulting practice.
- Active OpenShift migration program (~930 VMs, 56 hosts)
- UCS health audit — 68 blades
- RVTools reports, Jira-import CSV, SNO POC runbook
- Multi-site environments documented
Real systems, not portfolio pieces.
Most of what surfaces here started as a client engagement, an internal problem at work, or a tool the practice needed. Conflict Collection is the exception — that one is being built deliberately as its own product, with its own pilot users and its own eventual home outside this site.
The discipline is the same across all of it: documented architecture, real artifacts, honest about what's working and what isn't.
