What this is
Platform teams rely on dispersed signals (Terraform state, Kubernetes metadata, CI/CD pipelines, SLOs, alerts,
runbooks). This project shows how to unify those signals into a safe, advisory AI layer that improves speed and clarity
without bypassing change control.

- Infrastructure analysis: summarize risk, drift, and dependencies using read-only platform metadata.
- Deployment readiness: review CI/CD pipelines for gates, rollbacks, and safe rollout patterns.
- Incident assistance: guide responders using observability context (SLIs/SLOs, alerts, timelines).
- Guardrails: policy-aware outputs, no destructive actions, human-in-the-loop validation.
